Return & Refund Policy

At TrekMatix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a clear and fair return process.

✅ Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your floor mats as soon as they arrive. If you need to initiate a return, contact us at help@trekmatix.com within the 14-day window.


🔧 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, we’ll make it right:

  • TrekMatix will cover the return shipping cost

  • You’ll receive a full refund once the item is returned and inspected

What qualifies as a defect?

  • Severe material damage on the floor mat (not on the package)

  • Incorrect fit that doesn’t match the vehicle listed

  • Manufacturing defects in shape, edges, or structure


 

🚫 Returns for Non-Defective Items

If you’d like to return an item that is not defective, you may still do so within 14 days, but:

  • The customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost

  • A refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected, minus shipping costs

 

The following issues are not considered defects and are not eligible for free returns:

  • Shipping delays

  • You ordered the wrong mats for your vehicle

  • You changed your mind, or don’t like the product

  • Packaging is damaged, but the mats are unharmed and functional


📦 Return Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In the original package with labels outside
  • With all accessories and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the issue

Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
